We guarantee the item to be as described on our web site.  Read the description of the item carefully.  We try to find every bump and bruise and will describe as closely as possible.  Also examine the picture(s) carefully.  E-mail us for any further informaion or with any questions you might have before purchasing.  Remember, these are antiques and have been used.

If item is to be returned:

     1.  We must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the           merchandise and will provide you with authorization to return           the item.
     2.  We must receive the item within 6 working days or the item           remains yours.
     3.  Item must be in same condition as when recieved
     4.  Buyer will pay return shipping & insurance charges. 
     5.  Insurance is required.  If there is damage to an item not           covered by insurance, there will be NO refund.

North Carolina residents must pay 7% sales tax on purchases.  Purchases by North Carolina dealers for resale must be accompanied by NC state Form E-590 (Certificate of  Resale) to be exempt from tax.
